The Akashic Records
The Akashic Records are like a soul-level library, a field of energy that holds the entire history of your soul across all lifetimes (timelines), including every thought, every word spoken, and every experience had.
And because the Records exist outside of linear time, when they are open you have access to all of it at once, the wisdom from your past, the patterns alive in your present, and the potential future based on your current choices and energy. Important too, your records move with you, so as you grow, heal, and make new choices what they hold shifts too.
When we access your Records they don’t tell you what to do or predict your future. What they offer is insight and perspective that help you reconnect with the answers already inside of you.
Their purpose is to inform the path that you’re on and help you to make the most aligned shifts for your highest potential which is why they are a natural complement with coaching and reiki. Like all modalities I offer, the Records always meet you with compassion and clarity, revealing exactly what your soul is ready to see in that moment, in service to your highest and most authentic way forward.
The Records are here as a reconnection to your soul for its growth. And growth doesn’t happen to you, it happens with you. So your participation plays a vital role in the process!
Asking questions and staying open and curious is key. Reflect on what's shared, respond to it, and ask more questions. The Records open wider the more you engage.

Exploring what's influencing your present moment and what’s beneath current patterns (especially emotional or relational ones you’re ready to shift)
Gaining clarity around a situation so you feel confident making aligned decisions
Bringing light to the “why” behind certain life experiences and what your soul is trying to learn so you can release them and move forward with more compassion for yourself.
Receiving affirming messages from your higher self and spirit team that you may have already received but haven’t quite understood or acted upon but that are important to know to help you in this exact moment.
Readings can include energy healing, emotional integration, and light coaching. So it’s a grounded experience, one that can create real, tangible change in your life. Often, in my own experience and those of my clients, simply being in this healing energy is part of the gift.

This is a two-session pairing. We begin with your Akashic Reading, then come together a second time to integrate what came through. Together we make meaning of what surfaced, what it may be asking of you, and how it wants to live in your life. This is healing that starts at the soul and moves outward.

I’ve often found that blocks and patterns are illuminated with incredible speed allowing more targeted approach to sessions and to heal more quickly should the client choose to follow and do the work.

It’s an active role!
In a psychic reading someone is receiving present or future information and you are in a total receiving mode.
An akashic reading is looking to your “past” to inform your present and future potentials. This is based on your questions, engaged reflections, and using the insight to deepen awareness and choices. So you are a very active participant.
The more specific you are with questions and intentions for the session, the more fruitful the information provided.

Those overseeing our Records know every, single detail in our soul’s “library”, every thought had, word spoken, and experience, including our life today. And they love us unconditionally for all that we are and have experienced. They have not nor could ever judge and are only here to help us!
So the more open you and your energy are to the Records, the more information is able to flow into the session. This part is vital to receiving the most out of your reading.

Questions are the engine to Akashic Readings. The sessions don’t move without them!
You can ask literally anything that is on your heart. This includes if you are stuck and don’t understand a situation. You feel off and are not sure why. You feel blocked in an area of your life. If you feel unsure of how to move forward with something. You have a challenging relationship or contemplating a career change. There are just some examples.
Questions that start with ‘how’ or ‘why’ are always the best because they yield the most information.
These sessions are ultimately about gaining as much insight as possible to help you move forward in the most soul aligned way and in your highest and greatest good. So questions that elicit information is the goal!

Timing Questions - In the Records time is not linear the way we experience it, past - present - future. They see it as a field of information where every moment your soul has experienced and the future potential exists at once.
So while questions about time can be asked, because they don’t see time the way we do it’s often hard to receive a clear answer.
Future Questions - The Records do not predict the future, it’s about understanding the path that you are currently on. So when they speak to the future it’s the predictable future based on your energy and choices today.
The most important thing to remember is that we have free will. Thus we have the ability to shift our lives in any given moment.
The whole point of a Reading to empower you with the most needed information so that YOU can to make the best decisions!
Yes and No Questions - Like mentioned above, because this is meant to give you information so you can make the best decision, they tend to not always answer questions with a “yes “ or a “no” but instead may share insight for you to make the decision.
They may not provide the answer you think you will receive but what you need the most.

Because the Records are sacred, they honor each person’s privacy. Therefore, they can only be accessed with someone’s direct permission.
So the Records can provide you information about another as it relates to your relationship with them and your shared journey only.
On rare occasions a loved one who’s transitioned will come back and share information as well.

This is a very common question as most of us want to know more about our past!
However the purpose of an Akashic Records reading is to give you information that helps guide you and empower you to make the best choices in your life today. So when past life information is in service to what you most need to know right now, it is often shared.
When it’s more about learning for curiosity sake it tends to not be an energy match for the session.
If this is your goal, an Akashic Reading is probably not the best fit.

It is…while it does not happen often, sometimes the information is not provided.
The reason we incarnate is to have experiences for our souls growth, not to be told what to do. That sometimes means having certain lived moments or walking a journey so that we can arrive at our own answers to achieve that growth.
Otherwise we may live another way and never arrive at that important place of growth.
And so, instead they’ll guide you to the most aligned experiences or guide you to a path of discovery versus providing the answer.
