Intuition Practices
Where your attention goes, energy flows….the more you practice using your intuitive gifts, the stronger your trust in them grows. Over time, these gifts become faithful tools that nurture your inner voice and deepen your self-trust, empowering you to live with greater confidence and clarity.
You are the one you’ve been waiting for.

Where in my daily life can I carve out moments of true stillness—spaces quiet enough to hear what my intuition is trying to say?
What regular rituals/practices help me come home to myself and strengthen my connection to inner guidance?
What “clairs” have I experienced before? What “clairs” are most common for me?
What past moment taught me something about trusting (or ignoring) my gut? What did I learn?
Where in my body do I feel yes? Where do I feel no? How often do I listen?
In what ways can I include my intuition in how I move forward?
Where in my life am I feeling uncertain—and how might my intuition help illuminate the way?
Currently, what quiet truth has my intuition been whispering that I’ve overlooked or ignored? (hint: you’ve probably heard it more than once)
Individual Exercises To Grow Your Gifts
Notice Your Thoughts And/Or Your Body - Get a teeny little booklet and keep it with you. As you notice a thought or body sensation come up, write it down. i.e. a drop or “poof” of info or inspiration. Maybe your body tingles, or you feel a nudge, or receive a surge of energy.
Sensations - Notice how you feel when you go into a place that’s not home, or when you’re around someone - new or familiar.
Practice the Guessing Game - When driving, will the car in front of you turn or go straight? Guess who’s calling before looking at phone, guess the outcome of a sporting game. There are thousands of ways to play this!
Connection with Other Energies - Notice if you think of someone and they call you, or you get an email about something you were just thinking about (vs. talking, aka siri!). With the highest vibrations available in your body - ask for it!
Yes Or No Meditation - Get quiet, take a deep breath, release fear or desire for an answer, just allowing what comes through. And ask a question, for instance “Should I take this opportunity?” Notice how your body feels after asking, sit for 5-10 minutes and with an open mind see if anything drops in.
