Intuition Practices

The more you practice using your intuitive gifts, the stronger your bond with them grows. Over time, these gifts become faithful tools that nurture your inner voice and deepen your self-trust, empowering you to live with greater confidence and clarity.

You are the one you’ve been waiting for.

Individual Exercises

  1. Notice Your Thoughts And/Or Your Body - Get a teeny little booklet and keep it with you.  As you notice a thought or body sensation come up, write it down. i.e. a drop or “poof” of info or inspiration.  Maybe your body tingles, nudges, get a surge of energy.

  2. Sensations - Notice how you feel when you go into a place that’s not home, or when you’re around someone esp. someone new.

  3. Practice the Guessing Game -  When driving, will the car in front of you turn or go straight? Guessing who’s calling before looking at phone, guess the outcome of a game. There are thousands of ways to play this!

  4. Connection with Other Energies - Notice if you think of someone and they call you, or you get an email about something you were just thinking about. With all of the high vibration in your body - ask for it!

  5. Yes Or No Meditation - Get quiet, take a deep breath, release fear or desire for an answer, just allowing what comes through.  And ask a question, for instance “Should I take this opportunity?”  Notice how your body feels after asking, sit for 5-10 minutes and with an open mind see if anything drops in.

Collaborative Exercises

  1. Intuitive Word Exchange -  Sit Across from Partner. One Person closes their eyes and the other thinks of a word or phrase in their mind. The person with closed eyes tunes in to see if a feeling, a word, or an image related to the word comes to mind.  There are no wrong ways to connect in! It might be another word that begins with the same letter for instance.

  2. Intuitive Feeling - Same thing as above! Stand or sit back to back. The person guessing closes their eyes, The other person conjures an emotion - sad, happy, scared, frustrated, calm, surprised, could be anything powerfully feeling it all through the body.   The person with closed eyes begins guessing.

  3. Drawing - each person independently draws something on a piece of paper. Then switch the drawing making sure it’s done face down. Then guess what the image could be taking clues to feelings or imagery or words that come to mind.

  4. Card Game  - Have each person take a card in the deck. Look at card, and the without showing anyone hold the card in her hands. Infuse it with your energy and 4 or 5 images that describe you. After a few minutes have everyone put the card in a hat. Then draw a new card from the hat. Hold it in your hands and see what feelings, images, and thoughts come in and guess who’s card it is! This is a super fun game to play in a group as much as it is with one other.
